In the Transform panel, type -9 in the Rotate box, and press Enter or Return. Note If the Transform panel isn't visible, choose Window > Transform. 9. Select frame 50 on the Right Arm layer, and select the right arm on the Stage. 10. In the Transform panel, select Skew, and then type 10 for the horizontal skew and -170 for the vertical skew. Press Enter or Return to apply the values. You can use the Free Transform tool to rotate or skew the object on the Stage, but the Rotate and Skew options in the Transform panel give you precise control over movement. You'll use the alien_head_eye symbol as the basis for new symbols that will create the blinking effect. 1. Use the Zoom tool to zoom in on the alien's head so that you'll be able to see the eye clearly. To pan the Stage, press the spacebar as you drag the mouse across the Stage. 2.
